I am writing to request a review of the ban that was recently applied to my Oxide: Survival Island account. I believe this suspension was made in error by the anti-cheat system.
I have never used any cheats, hacks, modified clients, or third-party software. My game is downloaded strictly from the official App Store, and my progress is securely linked to my personal iCloud (Apple ID) account on iOS.
I really enjoy playing Oxide and have invested my time into this account. Could you please check my account logs and lift this incorrect ban?
