Hi, I’ve already purchased this skin (Purple Pickaxe) before, but now the game is asking me to pay for it again. Also, the skin isn’t even available in the shop right now, so there shouldn’t be any way to buy it again through the game. This seems like a bug, and I’d really appreciate it if you could fix it and restore my skin. Thanks! HH ID: GL-5FR-S8 @HH.Care

The game really needs a big change. Adding a new resource like electricity could bring a lot of exciting new features and improve gameplay. I know this would take time and effort, but it would make the game more engaging and provide long-term motivation for players. How It Works in the Game The generator provides voltage to the Main Electrical Center. When placing a device, you can choose to connect it to the electrical system. Only players with Base Cupboard access can manage the connections. Electricity must be connected to a foundation in order for devices to function properly. Electric fuel is produced by a generator that runs on fuel. The power generation is calculated as follows: 4000V ÷ 500 fuel = 8V per unit of fuel 4000V ÷ 125 minutes = 32V per minute (total output) This means the fuel consumption rate is 1 Fuel = 8V, and the generator generates 32V per minute. The generated electricity powers the Main Electrical Center (Switchboard) and is also required to construct various devices, including the music box, snow machine, and buggy. Main Electrical Center: Phase A is used for devices that require low voltage. Phase B is used for devices that require high voltage. Devices are installed on the wall via wires and connected to the generator. When placing electrical devices, you will be prompted to select the appropriate voltage they should be connected to. Electric fuel can also be used to power additional features like shock doors, electric fences, and tools or weapons. ID: FFFB401DCAE472EE HH: GL-5FR-S8

Here’s how the system typically works: First, Lebro drops a new hack with an overpowered feature like "200m aimkill," which completely disrupts the game for about two days. During this chaos, players struggle to adapt while the game becomes unplayable. After two days, @HH.Care issues an apology for the inconvenience and rolls out a new update—usually one that introduces more bugs than it fixes. The next day, they announce “exciting new features,” which almost always turn out to be overpriced skins or pay-to-win mechanics. For example, if you spend $100, you can unlock items like a sleigh that lets you move faster around the map, giving paying players a clear advantage. Finally, if they’re feeling ambitious, they’ll recycle the same basic map layouts, shuffle them around, and call it new content. Of course, there’s no improvement in graphics or meaningful gameplay changes—just the same old material repackaged. 🤔 HyperHug Team POV: We are Elon Musk😂

@HH.Care Bro, they don't care at all, they just read these messages and consider us as dumb people, the only thing they care is, get back that amount of money they already paid for this game under a month and nothing more To get the full items in the Frosty shop you need to pay total 100$ money, while with this amount of money you can get at least 40 items on the rust shop 😂😉

Yeah, they are just adding new skins with a bigger price in every single week😂

Dear HuyperHug Team, I appreciate your work on the game, but the current coin and skin prices are too high. For example, the Skull Helmet costs 150 coins, meaning players need at least $25 to get a simple skin. The US dollar is already strong, and for many countries, this makes items even more expensive. Instead of pricing skins so high that only a few people buy them, why not lower prices so thousands can afford them? For example, the AR Rifle in the wheel costs over $60, while in Rust a similar item is only $2. Making coins cheaper would lead to more people buying and more players enjoying the game. Thank you for considering this.

I’m struggling to understand how you can justify charging $18 for just two regular skins. To get 105 coins, I'd need to buy a 100-coin pack for $12 and a 40-coin pack for $6. That’s an absurd price for something purely cosmetic. I’m asking you to seriously reconsider the pricing. It would be fairer for players if the skins were priced more reasonably, as this current model feels like a huge overcharge. Please think about adjusting the prices. @HH.Care @HH.Care
