METAL ARMOR NERF? AND IDEAS

I hope you read this Devs,

Do you have plan for Issue of OP METAL ARMOR? I hope there is, because even its so STRONG its useless to fight a aimbot with metal armor because you will die too, also you cant kill a hacker if its using metal armor in one Ar mag,

Suggestion nerfing Idea

1. Decrease metal armor, %Protection

2. Make it SLOWNESS ,like if you wearing metal armor you DECREASE SPEED of the player wearing it?

3. DECREASE JUMP when wearing metal armor?

4. INCREASE COLDNESS when using it

5. OR Buff every Rifle 

This will help a little disadvantage when using FULL METAL ARMOR not just waste a 100ammo then the player just log off bbefore you killed him,
