Anvil disappears when placed.

I've tried twice, recorded it once. My anvil is disappearing when placed. It's getting expensive in frags.

Don't get too close when placing an item bcuz sometimes it can disappear.

It's sometime happens with me too when we try to place furnace , boxes and anvil .
