Its because server lag, you will hold on a same place like 3sec , and he keep shooting you at that time, which is not a hacker

[Buggy problem]

It doesnt deal any damage if a people is sitting inside a buggy, it will block by a metal itself, which mean you cannot touch anything inside the buggy, it more like a undeaf sheild , and its very p2w, you can sit into the buggy and avoid for death
