Items disappear when returning to game

My son plays on Apple 6SE 

When he closed out of the game and restarted the game his clothes and stuff he had earned were gone

Following up based on some other posts. He is on his own server and the only player there

I was also affected by the same bug, Moreover the items I got for the buy disappeared.

(USE Device : iPhone SE iOS13.5.1)

Since happens quite often, I want you to refund if the real intention.

Please abolish the billing system until the disappearance bug is fixed.

Hey I need a solution on we can delete our own server 

So many times I create my own server 

After unexpected exit 

A random player is admin or owner 

He kicking me from my own server

Please understand
