Rebalance PvE servers

Please rebalance the pve servers. Make IMPOSSIBLE to block any RT builds with fences. Because newbies can't go to the town, power plant or jumberjack. And you need a copter.

And please make levels not necessarily to researching items in workbench on the PvE servers.

I understand this problem its hard to get inside of monuments because players keep walling it

And we can't break it, its kind of a problem that is not fixable

Helicopters can't be used to pick up tasks, because you are likely to be kicked out of the server when you get off the plane. If you don't want to be kicked to the island, you have to exit the server and re-enter before you get off the plane, but the task you pick up can't be continued.Some people can not recharge to buy aircraft, the choice of hackers.
