I was wondering the Elf Hat hat went missing on my crafting recipe just because I changed phone and Google account

Hi @Catsbit.Guard 

I have a question because the account was banned due to fraud and it is not true I was logging in from my phone to my account and also I was logging in to my account on the iPad. For this reason my account was active
