I want a solution for loss of experience.

Hi, I want to complain because it's difficult for me to level up in the game. Before the hack I was about to level up to 13 and with the repair of the attack on the servers they returned me to level 12 with zero experience i'm trying to level up to 13 again but with a server reset that occurred in the morning i had a significant amount of experience erased again i want a solution because I'm tired of farming so much that my experience is deleted.
