Is it because of bug? if that what you said well it should be there. But i see empty stuff and so on. Should i reinstall or wait for the update?

I just install the game and i really love it! I just wondering if this game could save all my work. I just spend my time in this game about 8 hours and i cant save em. And it's just waste my time. Please answers this.
