I feel same thing bro but hold on to that little hope you know you got little hope left hold on to it.We lost an account with purchases as well cause of the new iOS login method and they didn't answer my post for 2 weeks they answered me last minute on 10th and still lost everything after I followed their steps I know u feel same disappointment like me but let's just have hope see in the next 2 updates what the team can really do If it's still trash and worse then I won't blame you for expressing your thoughts.

Unfortunately we still didn't get back the in-game purchases,even more the level 3 earned was lost as well and reset back to 1 . Yes the purchases were made on the level 4 account Yes it did reset to level 1 and yes the purchases are missing on the account Username: Peepeeboy1 I.D.: C93051A26A284014 The account is now a level 3 after playing for time waiting for your response. But when we purchase the items he was at level 4
