Alot of reports being ignored while they followed the rules, mine are somewhat on Page 7/8 atm... and other people i know having the same issue. And even @ them wont even work.. I know he has to do it by him self but atleast start from the bottom and work your way up. And respond to people with incorrect information regarding the report so they know what they need to do. (Basic Customer support service)
