My character that I have bought has disappeared and I can’t use him anymore.

To catsbit,

I have not long ago bought a character( the cowboy character) on sandbox 3D, I have then woke up this morning to go on your fantastic game to realise that my hard earned character has now disappeared and I cannot equip/use him anymore, instead I now have to buy him again.

Please help me catsbit, it would be greatly appreciated,

Hi there, I am a very good helper of ten Catsbit community. My job is to help users, along with Catsbit.Care

This is probably a glitch with the new 0.3.0 update, resulting in data loss due to the app changing.

Thanks for helping improve the game. You may get a response from Catsbit, maybe or not.

Hi there, 

Unfortunately we have to acknowledge that with the version of the game certain players lost their progress or a part of them. 

We are very sorry.  This problem will be eliminated with further updates.
