I have a person I know who has two accounts blocked, one at level 15 and the other at level 12. He kills everyone he sees. I can only be happy that he has been blocked. It will be more difficult to upgrade without buying a membership, which is good. Who will buy a membership on an account that will be blocked anytime and anywhere?
