Do you read suggestions or just do as you wish

I thouth you guys knew what you were doing but now i give up on this game its terible you didn't even read Suggestions you made somthing thats not even usefull like snow machine if you read suggestions you whouldve seen that we want Recycler,Trading within players like vending machine in safe zone 

 

Honestly answer to me how much hours did your team work on update 5 hours?  You had 3 months to make somthing and you made this You don't read suggestions you add two premium usless items

How can I get a refund? I bought everything, but after the update, there was a hacker. I really didn't have a game experience. I didn't want to play.🙄
