My items are not showing

All my items aren't showing on my account. I had all the Halloween stuff, turrets, and a copter but none of it is no longer in my crafting menu. I've had this game for over a year and my level is one and I have no purchases. I'm fine with starting at level 1 again but I spend 30-40 dollars and got nothing to show for it. I also can not find a customer support email so I can fix it.

i see that copter was bought on August, while your given account was created on October, how can you expain that? do you have 2 accounts?

all your items were purchased on another account that is 5762E423BAF5DCF5
