Use of bugs

Hi there, 

as you can remember, some time ago i banned a user for using a bug ( because it was said that players killl others in this state) 

however after seeing a lot of records, i noticed that there's no sign of killing. the observation of the servers didn't give any results either 

so, i decided to unban that player and to ask you for more explanations
