Are players using unlimited health cheats?

Lately some leather players have taken 3 headshots (red X) to kill. Not sure why but just recently I was able to get 2 headshots immediately back to back. Then a body shot after reload. Two instances where it wasn’t enough to kill a full leather. 
 

I thought two headshots brings you down to at least 20HP or less.

Range tem que lidar com isso também. Se você estiver ao lado de alguém, é 3x headshot.

1 headshot é 35 hp se eu estiver certo.

And assault rifle?
