Use me to write all the languages used for web and game writing. I know it's not easy to find loopholes but think about it.Game developers, they get a lot of money from players but they don't take that amount. Go upgrade your program or hire staff to take care of the back-end system so that if there is a problem, it can be solved easily and quickly.Which they did not do, from now on they will have to wait for who knows how many days or months.

maybe you can fix it asap because so many players were affected and can't play the game anymore. It's hard to play without using anvil, furnaces and campfires because we can't repair and cooked anything except crafting new ones but that is just wasting our resources so maybe you can fix the cooking and repairing issue right away.

Fix the ping in servers You are doing a job right  The game has been around for 3 years and you can't face the hackers and they do whatever they want to you.
