Bro they know what the problem is. I think they're just not doing something about it because when this bug keeps on happening, more players will reconnect to the game and more ads are going to be watch. More ads = more money.

I'm also using both wifi and mobile data when playing so it is not a network issue but the game itself. I can logged in on other servers except the main server im playing on.
