It’s because they copied nothing from the game, and it is still VERY small compared to Rust, so Facepunch won’t care and even if they did they couldn’t do anything as Oxide doesn’t infringe on any copyright ???

Hi there, First of all, I want to thank all the players for your loaylty and incredible support so far.. I got a number of supportive messages and I'm really grateful for everything that you bring to us. Frankly speaking, when I was creating the first games anf this forum, I would have never thought what pace it can gather.. In my own defense I want to say that even if the update wasn't released within these months, I was always there on the forum, reading every single message and replying, if needed. The update is upcoming, however no date in the diary yet. We've shown a small hint on Instagram, so I really hope that you will like it once released.
