Good day, Hyperhug team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I’ve encountered with my Prime account following the recent update. Since the update, I’ve experienced several bugs and problems. After logging back in, my account seems to have “died,” and despite accessing my TC base, I am unable to respawn at my bed. Additionally, I am unable to view my inventory in my vending machine, as shown in the attached videos. I have also noticed significant lag while playing the game. Moreover, I’ve observed that my account appears to have been migrated, as the player ID has changed. My previous player ID was 3A8A9E3796BF7E5, but it is now listed as 7EB6A6E9FAC40FFD, as seen in the attached images. I kindly request that you look into this issue and help resolve it. I have made several purchases in the shop and would like to continue enjoying the game without further interruptions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Accidentally to sign in on my apple account and created a new ID number and my old account in oxide os unable to connect to my apple account. Here’s the new player id that linked to my apple account ID no: B9E20C410182F53C kindly removed this ID no. That is linked to my apple account so that I can link my old account. Hi catsbit, i would like to raise my concern regarding reporting cheater from the forum. When inputing the url video from youtube it keeps on error. Before there was no problem on it. I have plenty of video needs to report. Reporting during the game isnt working as well. Hacker is still playing.
