Create your own server ?

You developers could create an option to create your own server with 50 players and have a password, have spectator mode for the server creator, this would be a way to end hackers,

This is not a feature that the Developers has in their mind for Oxide Survival island. 

Their other game Survival Simulator has this feature only.

but think about it, the game is full of hackers and the survival simulator is a horrible game and you can only create a server with 4 people, if they took this idea and put it on oxide it would give visibility for the game, and not being seen from oxide game for hacker, well that's my opinion, if they want to continue the game like this and putting skins with absurd price it's up to them, the game is turning into a last island hahaha
