Underage Player Ban Appeal

Im reporting the player “nature” for being underage, simply because it is against Oxide’s Terms and Conditions.

Hes told a few of us so ??‍♂️

Idk bro like discord is for 13 year olds+ and theres a lot of kids underage but the kids werent banned

Its pretty simple.

Catsbit set an age limit. 

This guy is younger.

as far as I can tell

but seriously just leave him alone.

google forces game devs to add an age limit, in the terms and conditions agreement for games with violence, and any sort of chat.

if someone under the given age is playing we have to assume he has permission from an older person and is being supervised.

because 

catsbit

can't 

ban

him

even if they could do some kind of IP ban.

all the kids goto do is set up a proxy, and he's back in da game.

Catsbit has no way of banning people.

in fact nobody dose, not even big companies like google.

and right, now that kid is laughing.

it's literally in the rules, (no underage players)  I highly doubt catsbit is going to ignore this one, yeah? No.

Come on, guys, what's wrong with this player under 13? Does he use inappropriate language or abuse anybody? 

Here we have an extract from our current terms&conditions that all players agree when they enter the game for the first time: 

By agreeing these Terms, you confirm the following: 

AGE RESTRICTIONS. You are at least 13 years old. Our Services are not intended for and may not be used by people under the age of 13. This might be older depending on the required minimum age rating of the game. If you’re under the age required, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use Catsbit Games Service. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use the Service, then you’re responsible for your child’s activity on the Service.

 

So, if his parent allows, he may play the game even if he is under 13.

I understand you have a game to make.
But it’s not hard to enforce rules and keep people in check. 

We have seen people in game QUIT because of toxicity.

They just type in 1990 for example because they wana play and don't mind the age limit Of the game it self.

being a minor and playing is no problem, the age limit is mandatory... but from the moment the player starts to verbally attack people, that is the problem..now if the player does not show any inappropriate behavior there is no reason to ban.
